God Is On Our Side - Live Worship
at Petra Christian Fellowship
In celebration of Petra Christian Fellowship’s 25th anniversary, we decided to professionally record a live worship CD for the first time in the history of the church. Last May, “God is on Our Side” was recorded at Petra. The CD features 14 full-length songs of modern worship music, some of which are current favorites (I am Free, Happy Day); some are Petra “classics” (Come, Now is the Time to Worship, Days of Elijah, Strong Tower); and others were written by Worship Pastor Gary Buck (God is on Our Side, He is Lord of All, So Lovely). The project was mixed and edited by Matt Goss, Worship Pastor at LCBC in Manheim, PA.
The CDs are selling for $10 at the church lobby through the month of August, and are also available at local Christian bookstores.
It is our prayer that God will be praised and glorified through this project.
Tell a Friend...ISOM (International School Of Ministry): August 14
The fall trimester of this excellent training program begins on Sunday morning, September 7, at 8:30 a.m. and on Tuesday evening, September 9, at 7 p.m. (The same content is offered both times.)
In Trimester One, you will study: Foundations of the Faith, Supernatural Living, New Testament Survey, Praise and Worship, and the Fear of the Lord.
The cost for each trimester is $60; this includes a trimester notebook.

Come and explore Petra’s vision, faith, and values in this class led by Pastor Lester on Saturday, August 2, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the church. Our church covenant will be reviewed, and you will have an opportunity to apply for membership.
